Wedding catering for private villas across Marbella — our own kitchens, equipment and staff, brought to your address for 10 to 250 guests.
Most Marbella weddings we cater take place at private villas rather than commercial venues. The estates above the town — Sierra Blanca, La Zagaleta — sit on steep access roads with restricted delivery windows, while Golden Mile properties often have generous terraces but modest domestic kitchens. We plan around both. Guest numbers here typically run from intimate gatherings of thirty to receptions of two hundred and fifty, with live cooking stations, canapé service and full table service. Furniture and floral work can sit within the same brief.
Full service detailsWhere we work
Wedding venues in Marbella
- Golden Mile — beachside estates with large terraces and limited kitchen capacity for full service
- Sierra Blanca — hillside villas with narrow access roads requiring staged deliveries and early setup
- La Zagaleta — gated private estates, strict entry protocols, discreet service for smaller guest counts
- Nueva Andalucía — spacious valley villas suited to marquee receptions and larger seated dinners
- Elviria and Las Chapas — quieter eastern villas with garden settings for relaxed daytime weddings
How we work on site
We arrive with everything: cooking equipment, refrigeration, tableware, glassware and the full team. Where the villa kitchen is available and suitable, we work in it. Where it is not, we build an outdoor kitchen on site — we once constructed a working kitchen on the breakwater at Puerto Banús for a Lamborghini event, so a villa garden presents few obstacles. A hundred-guest wedding is staffed by four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders, alongside florists and porters for furniture. We are on site at least two hours before service, and four to five hours where heavy furniture and decor are involved.
Season & booking
Our Marbella season runs from mid-April to mid-October, when almost all outdoor weddings take place. Bookings arrive anywhere from one week to two years ahead; peak Saturdays in July and August are taken earliest, so we suggest confirming a date as soon as the venue is fixed. Outside those months the coast is quiet and we can usually accommodate short-notice requests without difficulty.

What our clients say
“We chose FlexFood to organise our wedding catering in Marbella. We were not disappointed — communication and quality of service were of a high standard. Both the delivery of materials and their return went according to plan. The waiters made sure guests felt comfortable and did not lack anything. Ilia and his people are trustworthy. We recommend.”
Frequently asked questions
Can you cater at a Marbella villa with no usable kitchen?
Yes. We build a temporary outdoor kitchen with our own grills, refrigeration and prep stations. At a recent 120-guest birthday the client asked us not to use the house kitchen at all, so we brought six grills and worked entirely outdoors.
How far in advance should we book a Marbella wedding?
Bookings range from one week to two years ahead. Summer Saturdays go first, so confirm as soon as your villa is secured. Short-notice dates are often possible, particularly at the shoulders of the season in April, May and October.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every menu has a minimum guest count — ten on our buffets and BBQ — and the charge is calculated from that count rather than from how many people actually sit down. Menus start at €50 per guest, so the entry point depends on the format you choose.
What languages does your team speak on site?
Our staff speak English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic. English is the working language on site, which suits the international guest lists that most Marbella weddings bring together.
Do you arrange venue permits in Marbella?
No. For the rare events held in public locations, permits are obtained by the client. We handle everything within the catering brief — kitchen, service, staff, equipment — and coordinate our setup around whatever access the permit allows.
