Estepona works at a calmer pace than Marbella and the properties are further apart. Most of what we do sits along the New Golden Mile and in El Paraíso and Cancelada — detached villas with gardens and pools rather than gated estates, plus beachfront urbanisations where the terrace, not the dining room, is the venue. Groups here usually run from twenty to 150 guests.
Owners and long-let residents make up much of the work, alongside families renting for a fortnight and small companies bringing teams down for a few days. The practical challenge is distance and residents' rules: kitchens in urbanisation apartments are small, service lifts are shared, and use of communal gardens has to be agreed with the administrator in advance. Estepona old town adds parking and unloading constraints of its own.
How we work on site
Estepona is a longer run from base, so vehicles leave earlier: two hours on site for a straightforward buffet, four to five when we are also handling furniture, florals and décor. We travel with our own ovens, grills, refrigeration, china, glassware, linen and bar kit. Villa kitchens in El Paraíso and Cancelada are usually workable; in beachfront urbanisations they rarely are, so we build an outdoor kitchen on the terrace or in the garden. A hundred guests means four chefs, twelve waiters, three bartenders and porters to move the furniture and staging.
Season & booking
Mid-April to mid-October is the working season, with June and September the sweet spot in Estepona — warm evenings without the August crush. Weddings on the New Golden Mile are booked six months to two years out; villa BBQs and birthdays often come together in a week or two. August fills with rental families, so short-notice Saturdays disappear first. Two weeks' notice is realistic for most other formats. Outside the season we take Estepona events to order.

What is included in the price per guest?
The food, the equipment we bring — ovens, grills, refrigeration, china, glassware and linen — and the full team of chefs, waiters, bartenders and porters. Furniture, florals and cakes are quoted separately. Every figure we publish is shown before the 21% VAT that applies in Spain.
Do you work in Estepona outside the summer season?
Yes. The main season runs mid-April to mid-October, and outside those months we cater to order — villa dinners, private chef evenings and smaller celebrations. Winter dates are usually easier to secure at short notice, though outdoor formats naturally depend on the weather that week.
How many guests do you cater for?
From ten to 250. Ten is the practical floor for a BBQ, four boxes is the minimum for gastrobox delivery, and 250 is our ceiling for a single seated event. Most Estepona villa parties land somewhere between thirty and 120 guests.
Can your staff work with international guests?
Yes. The team works mainly in English and also speaks Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic. On mixed Estepona guest lists we brief front-of-house in advance so each service area is covered by someone who speaks the languages in the room.
