How much does wedding catering cost in Marbella?
Our wedding reception buffet starts at €60 per guest and seated banquets from €100 per guest (3-course). The Complete Wedding Package — reception cocktail plus seated dinner — starts at €135 per guest, saving you versus booking both separately. All prices exclude 21% VAT and every wedding is quoted bespoke.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (May–September) we recommend 6–12 months, but we'll always try to accommodate shorter timelines. A 10% deposit secures your date.
Do you cater at private villas?
Yes. We work across private villas and venues in Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande and the wider Costa del Sol, bringing a complete mobile kitchen and full staff.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Absolutely — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-aware menus are part of every proposal, with dietary alternatives plated to match the main menu.
Can you add a bar, live stations or the cake?
Yes. Add an unlimited open bar from €1,350, a live paella or oyster station from €500, and a custom wedding cake from €70/kg — all coordinated by one team.
