Catering in Marbella

Bespoke catering for weddings, events and villa dinners across Marbella — from the Golden Mile to Puerto Banús.

Marbella sets the standard for luxury events on the Costa del Sol. We cater private villas in Sierra Blanca and La Zagaleta, beachfront celebrations around Puerto Banús and gala dinners at the city's landmark venues — bringing a full kitchen, chefs and front-of-house wherever you are.

Whether it's an intimate dinner for ten or a 250-guest wedding, every Marbella event is built around local produce, refined technique and service that lets you enjoy your own party.

Marbella is where most of our work happens, and almost all of it is private. Around 95% of our events take place at villas and fincas rather than public venues — Sierra Blanca, La Zagaleta, the Golden Mile, Nueva Andalucía — properties with staff entrances, strict access rules and neighbours who notice noise. Guest numbers run from ten for a private chef dinner to 250 for a wedding or a milestone birthday.

The clients are largely international owners and their guests: families in residence for the summer, brands hosting around Puerto Banús, and groups renting in Elviria or Las Chapas for a week. What complicates Marbella is access rather than cooking — gated urbanisations that clear every vehicle, narrow hillside driveways, and kitchens designed for a family rather than four chefs. We plan around that before the menu is signed.

How we work on site

We arrive at least two hours before service, and four to five hours when furniture, florals and décor are involved. Everything comes with us: ovens, grills, refrigeration, china, glassware, linen and bar equipment. Where the villa kitchen is available we cook in it; where it is not — a rented property with a no-use clause, or a marina setting with no kitchen at all — we build a mobile kitchen outside. A hundred guests is typically four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders, plus florists and porters for furniture. In gated urbanisations we send vehicle and staff details to security in advance.

Season & booking

Our season runs from mid-April to mid-October, and Marbella is the busiest part of it. July and August weekends, plus the weeks either side of Semana Santa, go first; in 2025 we delivered 84 events in four months. Bookings arrive anywhere from one week to two years ahead — weddings at the long end, villa dinners and BBQs at the short. Outside the season we work to order, which suits the quieter autumn and winter residents.

Villas & venues

  • Golden Mile — beachside villas and gated estates for seated dinners and drinks receptions.
  • Sierra Blanca — hillside villas with terraces and pools, usually seated dinners of forty to a hundred.
  • La Zagaleta — large gated estates, tight security clearance, weddings and private celebrations up to 250.
  • Nueva Andalucía — golf-valley villas and fincas, frequent BBQ evenings and family birthdays.
  • Puerto Banús — marina settings, yacht receptions and brand events needing a built-on-site mobile kitchen.
  • Elviria and Las Chapas — rented beachside villas hosting summer BBQs, gastrobox lunches and birthdays.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cater at private villas in Marbella?

Yes — Marbella is our home base. We bring a full kitchen, chefs and staff to villas across the Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, La Zagaleta and Nueva Andalucía.

Can you handle large weddings in Marbella?

From intimate villa ceremonies to 250-guest celebrations at landmark venues, we scale the kitchen and team to match.

How much does catering in Marbella cost per guest?

Buffets start at €60 per guest, the Spanish buffet at €50, BBQ at €75 with a ten-guest minimum, and banquets at €100 for three courses, €125 for four and €150 for five. Cakes are from €70 per kilo. All prices exclude 21% VAT.

How far in advance should I book catering in Marbella?

Anywhere between one week and two years, depending on the format. Summer wedding dates in Marbella are usually reserved six to eighteen months ahead, while villa dinners, private chef evenings and gastrobox deliveries can often be arranged within a fortnight if the date is still open.

What happens if the villa kitchen cannot be used?

We build a mobile kitchen on site. At a 120-guest birthday where the owner would not release the kitchen, we brought six grills and cooked entirely outdoors; for a Lamborghini event we set the kitchen up on the breakwater at Puerto Banús. The menu is planned around that from the start.

How many staff will be at my Marbella event?

For a hundred guests we bring four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders, plus florists and porters when furniture or décor is involved. Smaller villa dinners are staffed proportionally. Everyone is ours rather than subcontracted, and the team is on site at least two hours before service.
