Fuengirola books differently from the rest of the coast. The work concentrates in residential villas with gardens set back from the Paseo Marítimo and around Los Boliches — birthdays, christenings, communions and children's parties, usually twenty to eighty guests, with the occasional summer party running past a hundred. Families who live here year-round fill most of the diary, alongside owners opening the house for a season.
Gardens here are flat and walled, which makes set-up straightforward, but plots are tight and often reached from a single street, so vehicles unload in sequence rather than all at once. Anything on genuinely public ground near the marina or the Sohail Castle area needs a permit arranged by the client, which is rare. Open fire is prohibited on the beaches, so grill service happens at villas with pools.
How we work on site
Two hours before service is our minimum, four to five if we are also placing furniture, linen and florals. Most Fuengirola properties have a working kitchen we can cook in; where they do not, we set up our own line in the garden. Ovens, grills, refrigeration, china, glassware and bar equipment come with us on every job, along with the full team. A party of a hundred is staffed by four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders, with florists and porters where furniture moves. Narrow residential streets mean vans arrive in sequence and park briefly rather than all day.
Season & booking
We work from mid-April to mid-October and take dates outside the season by arrangement. Fuengirola's calendar is shaped by family life rather than the wedding circuit: communions cluster in May and June, children's parties run right through the school holidays, and August is the busiest month by a clear margin. Lead times are shorter here than further west — a fortnight is common — though summer Saturdays go early and larger parties are worth holding months ahead.

Do you cater outside the summer season?
Yes, on request. The standard season runs mid-April to mid-October, and dates outside it are quoted individually depending on the menu, the guest count and what the property allows. Winter events tend to be smaller and more often seated dinners than garden parties.
Can we order food without staff on site?
Yes. Gastro boxes start at €65 per box with a minimum of four, delivered to the address you give us. There is no service team, no set-up and no equipment on site, which suits smaller gatherings, office lunches and informal celebrations.
