Marbella birthdays happen behind gates. Hillside villas with infinity pools, beachside houses with lawns big enough for a marquee, penthouses where the terrace is the whole party. We cover ten to 250 guests, and adult celebrations outnumber children's. A birthday is not a wedding: there is no ceremony to time, no top table, no speeches locking the evening into place. Guests drift, eat late, swim, return to the grill at midnight. We build service around that drift rather than a running order.

How we work on site
We arrive with everything: ovens, grills, chafing dishes, glassware, china, linen. Normally we cook in the villa kitchen; when there is no kitchen, or the owner would rather we stayed out of it, we build a mobile one outside. For a 120-guest birthday the host asked us not to touch his kitchen, so we brought six grills and ran the whole night from an improvised open-air line. A hundred guests means four chefs, twelve waiters, three bartenders. We land two hours ahead, four to five when furniture and décor are ours.
Season & booking
Our season runs mid-April to mid-October, which is when Marbella villas open up and the party moves to the pool. Expect barefoot afternoons, a grill going at dusk, cake somewhere near midnight. Enquiries land anywhere from a week out to two years ahead; July and August weekends go first. If you have a date in mind for the coming summer, hold it early.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every menu has a minimum guest count — ten on our buffets and BBQ — and the charge is calculated from that count rather than from how many people actually sit down. Menus start at €50 per guest, so the entry point depends on the format you choose.
Can you cater a villa with no usable kitchen?
Yes. If the villa has no kitchen, or you would prefer we did not use it, we build a full outdoor kitchen on site — grills, prep tables, refrigeration, washing-up. It has never limited a menu; we have run 120 guests that way.
Do you do children's birthdays?
We do them, though adult birthdays are the larger share of our work. The format shifts rather than the standard: simpler plates, earlier service, gastro boxes that travel well around a garden, and a cake built to be the centrepiece it should be.
What languages does your team speak?
Our team works in English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic. English is the working language on site, so mixed international guest lists are routine — waiters explain dishes in whichever language the guest is most comfortable with.
How far in advance should we book?
Anywhere from one week to two years. We have taken bookings both ways and delivered. In peak summer, popular Saturdays in Marbella go months in advance, so if the date is fixed, confirm it early and refine the menu later.
