Málaga birthdays spread wider than Marbella's. A terrace above the port in El Limonar, a family house with a courtyard in Pedregalejo, an olive-shaded finca an hour inland — one weekend can hold all three. Numbers run from ten to 250. Unlike a wedding, nothing here is scripted: no timeline pinned to a ceremony, no seating chart to defend. People arrive when they arrive, so we keep food moving from the first hour to the last rather than staging one great reveal.

How we work on site
Everything travels with us — cooking equipment, refrigeration, crockery, glassware, linen and the full brigade. Where the villa kitchen is available we use it; where it is small, absent or simply off limits, we assemble a mobile kitchen in the garden and cook the same menu from it. Inland fincas usually mean the second option. For a hundred guests we field four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders. Setup starts at least two hours before guests arrive, and four to five hours when we are also bringing furniture and décor.
Season & booking
We work from mid-April to mid-October, the stretch when pool parties, long garden tables and open-air grills make sense here. Inland heat pushes many summer birthdays late into the evening, which suits BBQ and live cooking. Bookings reach us between one week and two years ahead. Dates in July and August fill fastest, and 2025 saw us deliver 84 events across four months.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Each format carries a minimum number of guests, and billing follows that minimum even if fewer people attend on the day. Our menus begin at €50 per guest and rise with the format, so we confirm the exact figure when we quote.
Our finca has no proper kitchen. Is that an issue?
No kitchen is not a problem, and neither is a kitchen you would rather keep private. We bring grills, burners, prep stations, cold storage and a washing-up area, and build the whole operation outdoors. Inland fincas are catered this way as a matter of course.
Do you cater children's birthdays?
Yes, although most of our birthdays are for adults. For a children's party we adjust rhythm and portions rather than quality: gastro boxes, a shorter buffet, food that survives a garden full of running, and a cake worth photographing.
Which languages do your staff speak?
English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic are all spoken by our staff, with English as the default on the floor. On a mixed guest list that means nobody has to guess what is on the plate in front of them.
How early do we need to book?
One week is possible; two years is not unusual. Short notice works best for smaller numbers in the city, while big summer parties on inland fincas want more runway. Reserve the date first — menu, format and staffing can be settled afterwards.
