Málaga divides into two working realities. In the city and along El Limonar and Pedregalejo, weddings happen at townhouses and villas with tight street access and short loading windows. Inland, the fincas towards Álora and Coín offer space and open ground but little infrastructure — water, power and shade all need planning before a menu is discussed. We cater both, from ten guests to two hundred and fifty, with live cooking, bespoke menus and full service throughout.

How we work on site
Everything travels with us — cooking equipment, cold storage, crockery, glassware and the complete team. Where a property kitchen exists and can be used, we cook in it. On the inland fincas that is frequently not the case, so we build a full outdoor kitchen and run service from there. A wedding of one hundred guests is covered by four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders, plus florists and porters handling furniture. We arrive a minimum of two hours before service and four to five hours ahead when the brief includes substantial furniture, decor or a long inland drive.
Season & booking
The working season runs mid-April to mid-October. Inland Málaga runs noticeably hotter than the coast through July and August, which shapes both menu and service timing, and we plan shade and cold chain accordingly. Bookings come in between one week and two years ahead. Between late October and early April the region is quiet and dates are readily available.

Frequently asked questions
Can you cater at an inland finca with no kitchen?
Yes, and it is common near Álora and Coín. We arrive with grills, refrigeration and prep stations and construct a working outdoor kitchen on site. Access, water and power are surveyed in advance so nothing is improvised on the day.
How early should we book a Málaga wedding?
Anywhere from one week to two years ahead. Inland fincas in the peak of summer book earliest. If your date falls in June, July or August, secure catering at the same time as the property rather than afterwards.
Is the minimum based on the booked guest count?
Yes. Each format carries a minimum number of guests, and billing follows that minimum even if fewer people attend on the day. Our menus begin at €50 per guest and rise with the format, so we confirm the exact figure when we quote.
Which languages do your staff speak?
English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic across the team. English is the language used on site during service, with Spanish available throughout for local suppliers and property staff.
Who obtains permits for public spaces in Málaga?
The client does. Permits for the occasional event held somewhere public are the client's responsibility to secure. Once granted, we build our setup and service plan around the access hours and conditions it specifies.
