Estepona weddings tend to sit at private villas along the New Golden Mile and in El Paraíso and Cancelada, where plots are wide, gardens are level and setup is comparatively straightforward. The beachfront urbanisations bring their own considerations: wind off the sea, shared access and communal parking that dictates when trucks can unload. How we work on site
We bring our own equipment, tableware and staff to every Estepona property. Villa kitchens here are often modern and usable, and we cook in them where the owner permits. Where use is refused or the space is unsuitable, we construct an outdoor kitchen with our own grills and refrigeration and run full service from it. One hundred guests requires four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders, plus florists and porters for furniture. Setup begins at least two hours before service, extending to four or five hours when heavy furniture and decor form part of the brief.
Season & booking
Estepona's outdoor wedding season runs mid-April through mid-October. Beachfront properties can catch a strong afternoon breeze from May onwards, which affects canapé service and open-flame stations, so we plan positioning early. Enquiries arrive between one week and two years ahead of the date. From late autumn until spring the coast quietens considerably and availability is rarely a constraint.

Frequently asked questions
Our Estepona villa owner won't allow kitchen use. Is that a problem?
No. It happens regularly and we plan for it. We bring grills, refrigeration and prep stations and set up an independent outdoor kitchen. At one 120-guest event we ran the entire menu from six grills without touching the house kitchen.
When should we book for a New Golden Mile wedding?
Booking windows run from one week to two years ahead. High-summer Saturdays fill first. If your date is fixed, confirm catering early; if you are flexible, April, May and October usually offer wider availability and gentler weather.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is. Menus are priced per guest from €50, with a minimum guest count attached to each format — ten on the buffets and BBQ. If your final headcount drops below it, the booking is still charged against the minimum.
Can your staff work with international guests?
Yes. The team covers English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic. English is the operating language during service, which handles the mixed guest lists typical of Estepona weddings without difficulty.
Do you handle permits for beachfront events?
Permits are arranged by the client, not by us. This applies to the rare occasions when a wedding takes place somewhere public rather than on private property. We then plan delivery, setup and service around the approved access times.
