Corporate Event Catering in Málaga

Corporate catering in Málaga and the Axarquía, from city coffee breaks to full banquets at inland fincas near Álora and Coín.

Málaga splits between the city and the country. Company teams based here book coffee breaks, working buffets and evening banquets; the venue is usually a rented villa or an inland finca rather than a hotel suite. Ninety-five per cent of what we do is private property, which gives a client full control over timings, music and guest list. Formats range from a ten-person seated lunch in a garden to a 250-guest buffet with live cooking stations under the olive trees.

Where we work

Corporate Event venues in Málaga

  • Málaga city — private residences and terraces for compact receptions and canapé service.
  • El Limonar — large garden villas suited to seated banquets and formal dinners.
  • Pedregalejo — coastal houses where fish-led buffets and standing formats work best.
  • Axarquía — hillside country properties for full-day programmes with coffee breaks and lunch.
  • Inland fincas towards Álora and Coín — open estates with room for 250 guests, live cooking and marquees.

How we work on site

Everything travels with us: ovens, refrigeration, tableware, glassware and the full team. Inland fincas towards Álora and Coín often have a domestic kitchen that cannot take a hundred covers, so we assemble a mobile kitchen beside it and treat the house kitchen as plating space. A hundred-guest event is staffed by four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders. Trucks reach the site at least two hours before service, and four to five hours ahead when furniture, linen and décor are part of the brief.

Season & booking

We operate from mid-April to mid-October, the window in which outdoor service on the coast and inland is reliable. In 2025 that meant 84 events in four months. Corporate dates behave unlike weddings, which are locked years ahead: a quarterly meeting or a team incentive may be confirmed seven days out. Our booking range spans one week to two years, and inland fincas stay available later into the season.

What our clients say

5.0
Because of our little children, we couldn't go out for a late dinner, so we found Nataly and her chef willing to come cook at our holiday home. It was a fantastic experience with delicious food. The communication with Nataly was also great — she responds quickly and is very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Frequently asked questions

Can you invoice a company and provide documentation for accounts?

Yes. We work with companies as a matter of routine, both Costa del Sol businesses and firms arriving from abroad, and issue proper invoices for the agreed scope. Payment terms and the documents you need are confirmed in writing before the event.

Several inland fincas have no usable kitchen. Does that matter?

No. We cook in the property's kitchen when it is available and build a mobile kitchen when it is not, bringing every appliance and work surface with us. Water and power access are checked in advance.

What is the smallest event you will take on?

Ten guests. Charging starts from that minimum number rather than the headcount on the day, so ten covers at 75 euros equals 750 euros even if five directors turn up. Below ten the price does not fall further.

Which languages do your staff speak?

Our default service language is English. Across the team we also cover Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic, which is useful when a Málaga-based company hosts partners flying in from several markets at once.

Which formats suit a full working day?

Coffee breaks between sessions, a fork buffet or seated lunch at midday, then canapés or a banquet in the evening. Live cooking stations work well when the programme runs long and guests eat in waves rather than together.
