BBQ Catering in Marbella

Grilled to order beside the pool at private Marbella villas — from ten guests in Nueva Andalucía to two hundred and fifty above Puerto Banús.

Marbella's villa stock is built for outdoor entertaining: deep terraces, mature gardens and pools that anchor the whole evening. We work exclusively at private homes here, from intimate dinners of ten in Nueva Andalucía to full-scale parties of 250 in the hills above the Golden Mile. What changes in Marbella is expectation — guests arrive having eaten everywhere, so the grill has to earn attention. Slow-smoked ribs, lamb shoulder and grilled octopus do that quietly, without theatre.

Where we work

BBQ venues in Marbella

  • Golden Mile — gated garden estates with mature palms, wide terraces and pool-side dining space.
  • Sierra Blanca — hillside villas with sea views, generous driveways and easy service access.
  • La Zagaleta — large private estates, long approach roads, strict security and total discretion.
  • Nueva Andalucía — golf-side villas suited to relaxed dinners of twenty to sixty.
  • Elviria — quieter pine-shaded plots with big gardens, ideal for daytime family barbecues.

How we work on site

Everything arrives with us: grills, gas and charcoal, prep tables, refrigeration, glassware and crockery. We build the cooking line near the pool but away from the seating, so smoke drifts off the terrace rather than across your guests. A hundred-guest barbecue runs on four chefs, twelve waiters and three bartenders. We arrive at least two hours ahead, four to five for larger builds. At one 120-guest birthday the host kept the villa kitchen closed to us — we brought six grills and worked entirely from an improvised open-air kitchen.

Season & booking

Our barbecue season runs from mid-April to mid-October, when evenings stay warm enough to eat outside without tents or heaters. July and August book out first, and villa weeks are often fixed long before the menu is. Enquiries reach us anywhere from a week ahead to two years out; in 2025 we delivered 84 events across four months. For August dates, talk to us in winter.

Very professional and perfect evening for my birthday! They came to our villa and cooked a well-executed barbecue. Nothing more to add — 10/10.

Frequently asked questions

Can you do a barbecue on the beach in Marbella?

No, and we'd rather say so plainly. Open fires are prohibited on Costa del Sol beaches outside a handful of purpose-built municipal grill areas, and nobody hosts a catered private party at those. Every barbecue we cook is at a private villa with a pool.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. Every menu has a minimum guest count — ten on our buffets and BBQ — and the charge is calculated from that count rather than from how many people actually sit down. Menus start at €50 per guest, so the entry point depends on the format you choose.

Do you bring your own grills and equipment?

Always. We never rely on the villa's built-in barbecue. Our own grills, gas, charcoal, prep stations, refrigeration, crockery and glassware travel with the team, which means the setup is identical whether the house is in Sierra Blanca or Las Chapas.

What languages does your team speak?

English is our working language, and it covers most Marbella events comfortably. Between the team we also speak Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French and Arabic, so mixed international tables are handled without a host having to translate the menu twice.

How far in advance should we book, and when do you arrive?

Bookings range from one week to two years ahead; high summer is the tight window. On the day itself we arrive a minimum of two hours before service, and four to five hours when the build is large or the villa access is slow.
